Yes it does actually mate. Ok yes it still speeding, but the time of day is often used in court to determine the severity of the punishment. For example, 50 in a 30 at midday could get you 6 points, whereas 50 in a 30 at 3am could very well only see you getting 3 points etc, as obviously it could be seen as 'less dangerous'.

Very much like it depends on exactly 'where' the speed camera is and also the weather conditions etc. All these are used to determine a 'suitable punishment'.

As said, youll be fine mate. A gatso near me flashes if you speed facing it but as ginge said, nothing will come of it as it has to get two photo's (two flashes) to determine/prove your actual speed.
