You've all given me shit and told me to keep battling on, despite all the bad luck ive had of late ( shockerly put together engine ) and the times ive kept thinking of selling up.

Anyway been speaking with Ricky and AJC this week, and just in the home straight now, New heads all done and built , bottom end is now in the process of been rebuilt, this time new +.5 Mahl pistons, rings etc etc

Car looks to be on course to be back in my garage by the end of the month , plan, to get the running in miles done, then mapped ( NMS ) by the end of Oct ( what ever the weather!! ) then it will be off back to the bodyshop to have a few bits re-done ( shonky engine builder left a few marks!!!! ) then back home for massive buftying over the winter months!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


Im starting to feel things comming back together and its ALL thanks to the above people!!!

Dave.. I still have moments of selling it and cutting my losses and letting someone else have all my hard graft, but then you speak to anyone of the above and they make me see sence! When back on the road again, i bet ive spent about Ł14K in as many months ( 2 engine builds dont help tho! )

i seen richard from wheelton out and about running it in and making sure it was ok with you, i looked round the car while i was chitting to AJC and another mate tom (mallard RWD escos) and i must say mate.....

your escos is THE nicest i've seen, gloss black is an immense colour!! and couldent believe how fresh, cleand and immaculate the car looked.

on some 18 inch OZ mag style wheels that would deffenitley be the nicest looking escos out there. still looks stunning on the rondells though.

immense car mate!!! sounded lovely and quiet too.

hmm yes would have been good to have handed the keys over with that in place however its and excuse for karl to pop over and have it fit daz for some extra running in miles and also work it in to have you next 500 mile oil change so it kills 2 birds etc
