highlight the window, hold altgr and then hit print screen.
then open paint or similar and paste.
if you want the whole of everything on your screen, nto just the active window, ditch the altgr and just hit print screen then paste as before.

As said, if you want the whole visible screen area captured, press CONTROL + PRINT SCREEN, then open paint/photoshop/whatever and paste as new image
If you just want a particular window or program, then ALT GR + PRINT SCREEN, and paste as normal in paint/photoshop/whatever
