Is it possible to get someones personal details from a mobile number?? I am receiving dodgy calls to my mobile & i do have an idea who it is but want to be sure before i follow it up.
Any help much appreciated.

Ring the mobile phone company. They think they should be able to help with the number i believe. That way you can then ring back to confirm who it is.

To make it even more subtle, you could ring up and pretend your marketing so that they don't know its you.

I have already rung my mobile company, they say they can see the number that is calling but they won't release the owners details to me. Data protection apparently, although there is nothing i can see in the data protection which is stopping them giving me what i want

Pretend to be a debt company and blagg that they haven't paid a bill. That will sh*t them up!!!!

The only way you will find out any details is if you go to the police/work for them Customs & Excise or CPS. Or you have a great mate who is a Telecomunications Forensic Scientis. If not there is nothing you can really do

I konw that this seems to work as it has for others on the board before but...I would rather find a way to get the details so i can deal with it in my own way. Every time I have called the number the moby is either off or it goes straight tot he answer service. I need to be sure this number belongs to the person i think it does.

fone the number from sumone elses moby then whoever it is will answer it then u will kno who it is cos if u fone it usin ur own number they will ignore it cos they kno its u!!!!! hope that helps
