I have had many dealings with tim and he has always been fine, not everyone gets on and not all traders are perfect.
i'm sure tim would sort things if spoken to properly!

I love the way tim just says i never recieved any emails when someone says he didnt reply. I emailed him every day for nearly a month through ebay and never got a reply. Was a cam belt pully for the crank. Went for a fiver on ebay. Never gave me payment details at the time and ignored all emails. Pulley came on again, went upto Ł10, won it again and surprise surprise he let me pay him and i got it.

If i have a problem with a trader i say something about it, just as i say thanks to a good one, Just like Matt Lewis, Top service, fast delivery, couldnt ask for more

Ł4 Ł10 Ł100 it makes no difference to me,how would i not let you pay for something?you either do it via paypal or post the payment to the address on the invoice,or have i missed something blatently obvious? i must have waited a month and then relisted it!so you cost me two lots of fees, great bloke you are.

i once orderd some parts for my evo off matt lewis, took ages to arrive, far to late for the rally the car was leaving for, told him i no longer needed them and to refund me,two days later the parts turned up instead of a refund, postage was half what i paid as well.see we arnt all perfect.

I was trying to pay via cheque, payment address was not on file. Never responded to emails, so how was i meant to pay!!! If i was such a cunt in not paying, why didnt you leave me negative feedback?

sellers cannot leave negative feedback, and if you looked on the item auction on order details my address is there.

and i never said you were a cunt, mind if you emailed me every day for a month asking for something you already had then i guess thats heading towards cuntism.

This was when sellers could leave negative feedback! Must be 2 1/2 years ago. Never forgotten it cos it annoyed me so much. I emailed every day for a month to try and get it from you, gave up and then bought the same one again a few month later.

In TF's defence, i've used him numerous times and have never had any delivery problems or issues with the items i recieved - they were exactly as described in the ebay advert

cheers lads,as i said its about 30,000 no problems and maybe 50 with problems, thats being generuos, but dealing in 15 year old sometimes 20 year old parts then its not a bad ratio.

a couple of guys with outstanding issues t the moment are all postal issues/couriers,which i also get the flack for, just as well ive broad shoulders eh!!

anyway, got to go,work to be done.

i've dealt with tim a couple of times now
to be honest sometimes the parts do take a couple of weeks to arrive but they do arrive
and i've left him feedback everytime but never once got any back
but i would still buy from him without thinking twice
never had any probs with parts but the service could improve to be honest tim

Yeah right ordered via ebay on the friday you expected it next day and you paid std parcel service 2-3 days (nor special rate) i sent special delivery to help you but never asked for any more money, as you were desperate for the parts and you recieved on the monday. If you had called i may of got it there for you when required but you didnt!!

I have done quite a few deals with Tim and had no problems but there appears to be quite a few on here that have not been so lucky, hopefully Tim will sort these issues.

more and more people having bad problems now ,and thats just the guys from passion ford ! i was lucky enough to rec my parts albiet late and after some chasing,
no feedback has ever been left even after frequent e mails and reminders, its not hard to set up auto feedback when you have an e bay shop ,thats what makes ebay!

surely tim you can sort this ?

Not you aswell Tim...nobody seems to understand there are 2 sides to a story. Have dealt with Tim in the past and had no bother, and if there was an issue it was sorted within reasonable time.
Tim sadly we have to put up with the flack due to the fact we put allot of trust in courier/parcel companies and get shafted, hence we get used as scapegoats.
Having the same problem on another thread, apparantley I have to prove myself on here or im doomed.
