Default building an engine HELP!!!!!

right im going to put my new engine together tomoz and have a couple of questios to ask....iv never done this before...firstly its a series two engine(cvh1900)...with aaslight head work .im ot sure about cam or any thing.....iv cleaned everything and i mean everything...now when i atach the water pump and thermastat housing to the block do i need to use any sealer aswell as the gaskets.....also should i use sealer on the inlet manifold aswell....i have to flywheels one is thicker that the other by about 1-2mm roughly..i think one is a series one and ones of a s2...does it matter which i use....?....(i have new flywheel bolts)i thats all i can think off at the moment but im sure ill think of more in about 2mins lol ...thanks guys couldnt do it without u

No sealer for both and fly would not really make a difference imo

flywheel depends on size of clutch ur fitting a s1 flywheel is 200mm so needs a 200mm clutch a s2 flywheel is 220mm so needs a 220mm clutch, the s2 one is the best to fit as its biggest also before fitting get the flywheel skimmed as if u dont ur nice new clutch could only last a few 100 miles

both the flywheels look the same to me so...ill just leave the one thats on there...its thicker so maybe ill get more tq cause its heavier..lol

ok the flywheel that on it is to small for my clutch...i take it the s2 one is better because of the size
