Just been to tax the runabout, and thought i would stick it on the credit card as i am skinto, but alas, they dont take credit cards at the post office. No worries i thought, i'll nip to the bank and get a cash advance (i dont have a PIN on my credit card by the way) using my driving licence as ID (which i have done before in banks other than my local). No they say, need a passport aswell. OK so what if i dont have a fucking passport you twat, how do i get money?
What is the world coming to? They dont want my money, so now i am risking a fine, whos fault is it? Mine for not requeting a PIN, apparently. FUCK OFF!!!!
Had similar prob when i tried to draw money out to buy the cossie, they played hell for 4 days about it, I HATE BANKS!!!

Its not the post office fault about only accepting cash & cheques, DVLA will not allow them to accept Credit Card payments for RFL except in a hand full of VROs.

normally you only need 2 forms of ID and your card is one of them (your licence being the other)

my bank card expired a month ago and the machine ate it the other day so i went to the bank today woth my driving license to take out cash, no probs ...

should have sent me out a new card though, banks are useless lol
