anyone off here going new brighton prom rally

as above, my first one was when john price won in a reno 21 turbo and me mate and uncle were doing the event in a mk1 escort.

i used to go and park at the hair pin but i found if you go through the no entry sign towards the hair pin and do a right into the housing estate you can park on the road round the back of someones house legally and save paying to get in,then walk through, i dunno what the car parking charges go towards so if its charity sorry

but if your skint and want to save a few bob it works every time

the escort maxi is ex works gwyndaf evans and iirc it won the British Rally Championship for Ford, the Focus Wrc used to be driven by some bloke called Colin McRae, thats the best car although some of the darrians are very quick

hugh is more than capeable of winning the rally if he gets a good run, i used to go to one laps place which was in sandycroft before he got the rolling road,a mate in my class at school navied for him 07979 07876
