hi lads iv just finished a 1 year rebild on my 3dr cosworth and its now on the road i no its got to go and be set up as the set up on the car is not finished yet its runing dark greens t3 turbostanderd ACTUATOR standerd intercooler 4x4 inlet and a 3barr L1 with a stg2 chip for t34 greens 3barr bd10 cams and 500 cooler....i have got a 500 intercooler on its way of LAM CHOP..so this is wot i wont to no when i floor it it will only boost to 8 then drops to about 6 this is on the standerd dash clocks it dose not seem to make any diforens how much we wind the ACTUATOR arm it stays the same the ACTUATOR did come on the car when i bort it so dose any one think it could be shout

o the car is running spot on not holding back and pulls nice and no smoke

 

i had the same prob and it was a very slight air leak in the pipe that goes to the gauge might be of some help cheers

 

You have have a -31 actuator on there rather than a std one

 

its only a std ACTUATOR that is on at the mo
