it was a post about my garden, i have a really bad weed problem and i was asking people how i could kill everything and lay turf down , was looking forward to reading it all 2nite so i can start on it at the weekend.
there was nothinf offensive in it, it wasnt a for sale post i was just asking advice

Binned due to swearing in the title. No swearing is allowed in thread titles due to the majority of swear filters in workplace environments blocking websites etc etc. AND the fact that this is a family site afterall, not that you would think it at the moment

Number 1. if it wasnt deleted for being toooooo boring then it should have been as it was about gardens and this is an enthusiasts car site, and number 2. people who have managed to post 10k plus posts should also be banned as any1 who posts that much stuff must have 98% of thier comments due to arguments and posting crap which clogs up all the good posts on here. get a life people.

When is it lawful to have a bonfire?
One of the most common misconceptions is that garden bonfires can be lit quite freely after 6pm. There are no specified times when you can or cannot have a bonfire, it’s a matter of being reasonable.
What is the law?
The statutory nuisance provisions of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 apply. If you have a bonfire so frequently or of such intensity that it would be unreasonable to the “ordinary reasonable person” then that is a statutory nuisance.
What does that mean?
It means that the Local Authority can serve an Abatement Notice on you requiring you to cease the nuisance. Failure to comply with the Notice will result in prosection with a maximum fine of Ł5000 plus a daily penalty. In addition to the Local Authority any aggrieved neighbour can ask the Magistrates’ for an Order prohibiting you from causing a nuisance.

Its not just down to the age limits if users. Swearing in the title gets the site blocked by some companies/local councils.
People are legitimately using the web during lunch, but with swearing in the title of a topic the page is blocked.
See where we are coming from? Its not a case of anyone being on a power trip.
