That'd be a good thing if they were the right keys

 

because if I was working in an environment where the powers that be were so over zealous i.e. council or large corporate I would not be spending my time on ANY internet site like passionford where lets face it you could get anything coming up in a topic where by tea time you could find the content of your desk packed up in a shoe box and escorted of the premises

Hmm. If you go to the forum thread view, either in a forum such as GD or in the NEW POSTS view, you can double click the area the thread title is in and it becomes editable. Users can do this for their own threads, obviosuly not someone elses thread. I would guess that moderators can do this for all threads, or at least should be able to.

It took me 0.3 seconds to edit a title of mine recently due to a typo. Is it REALLY faster to bin them, and cause someone else a lot of fucking around to try and find the thread before realising it's missing, then having to creat a new thread about it, then re-create the original thread if need be, when a simple edit would suffice?
