Default self tappers???

right i need to fit my rear door cards, was gonna use rivets but i wont be able at some due to the cage

would self tappers do? or will they vibrate loose after time?

They'll be fine.
Drill the smallest pilot hole you can get a way with, so the thread is tight.

id imagine self tappers would be fine aslong as you have the correct size pilot hole , any pics of the rear cards as im guessing thier carbon?

no pics but they are just flat carbon nothing to shout about really

was more wondering how they look as i was talking to phil about making me some but he wanted a template lol, copy them on cardboard lol

i give phil my old front door card so he has template for them

phil should be popping round soon so will tell him to bring some card


saying that, i have cut extra metal away so might be different from your car

i have cut away the bit of metal that the bench sits on (either side) so the door card now goes down to the floor

then stops at about the strut top


i just dont like to see all the holes and the horrible looking inner arch
