Im trying to work out roman numerals can anyone tell me if this is right

should be 17 11 2007

I cant seem to find a simple conversion chart on google so ive done that from a list of numbers

just dont have it on your forearm like every chav in town..

a lad in works got 'est1978' on his forearm in big letters like he's an old building, looks terrible..

Red. Red Tattoo's look good.
I'd attach a picture if i could remember how.
The lead singer of Incubus has a Red one on his forearm.
