Not 100% sure but i think you can find the mtx75 box in...

130ps escorts (105/115ps have iB5 box)
RS2000
Mondeo 2.0

Possibly more but i dont know of the top of my head

May be wrong with this but dont the mtx75 boxes have a lift up reverse gear stick?

the chassis rail will need modding slightly to take it

Just to set straight you need an MTX75 from a FWD RS2000.

The starter motor mounting is at the front.

All that is needed as std, is the gearbox and the gear linkage.

Other than that the rest of the items are custom made.

It's really not an easy conversion. I'll put pics of mine up soon. I've taken a fair sized chunk out of the chassis rail. Shafts need to be custom-made too.

Don't know yet, you got any ideas? Not keen on £300+ per shaft I have to say. I do have one line of enquiry, but not followed that up yet. Was going to cut/shut them for the short term, but heard thats a REALLY bad idea.

Well ive used Dave Mac Propshafts as he seems to be highlyrated.

Although i fucked up on measuring...the first set

Costwise your looking at £200 a shaft thats custom to the length you tell them and to what spline you want either end too.

I have the "new ones" now and hoooorah they fit...

I would add though mate, cut some and fit them just so you can see how they fit with the car sat at the correct ride height. Then you will have an accurate measurement rather than an inaccurate bank balance.

With your power i would not dream of running cut and shuts especially at the speeds your car will be doing.

Cool. Thanks for that Luke.

Incidentally, I have an RS2000 MTX here that I will probably be selling soon. It's stripped (so that the bare casing can be used for test-fits), if thats any good to anyone?
