Default pressure gauge

running a 1.6 cvh turbo on efi,want to check fuel pressure but if i put the gauge in the line between filter and rail wont that just read the pressure the pump is producing??

yes, line pressure

the line from the pump to the rear of the rail is under the same pressure, because your reg which controls the pressure is on the rear end of the rail

so if i increase the regulator pressure then the line pressure will increase also?
