R33 2.5 Gts Turbo Engine?

250bhp standard.
Wont even get 300 really without changing turbo, i/c, etc.
600bhp on stock internals and pump fuel can be done if you want to push it. My friends 32 with a Rb25 in it was RR'd at jus over 600 with stock internals and a lot of bolt on bits.
Think 400odd is safe enough tho.
Stock compression is 9.5:1

400 well mapped will be no bother, like said, my mates was a good 200 more.
Youd need...
turbo all all the bits associated (inc manifold, but id be inclined go get a rs500 t4 or similar and try it on the stock manifold rather than changing manifold and going external gate like everyone does).
exhaust.
front mount.
fuel pump.
bigger injectors.
remap (not like i really trust any skyline mapper, and most would try and pull your pants down and sell you aftermarket managment, so id be inclined to buy nistune and get whatever mapper you trust to map it.
z32 airflow meter.
thats mostly it i think.

Mine is stock apart from GTR intercooler, airfilter,3" HKS exhaust/downpipe and decat. Did 310bhp ATF 80%duty cycle on stock injectors.
Thats about it for stock and be safe. Standard turbo will go up to 380bhp but its the pressure thats the limit. The exhaust wheel is ceramic and will go bang at over 0.9bar with extended use.
Get a modded GT core turbo and a better ecu, bigger injectors and a steel thick headgasket and you can have up to 550bhp. 450 is a good safe limit.
A m8 has a TB06 kit (think thats right), big injectors, headgasket and PowerFC. It did 535bhp at RisingSun Performance.

Standard lil T3 turbo will do 380bhp? No chance surely? Im shocked it did 310?! Thought itd be more like 280bhp with those mods, and limit is 310...
Fuck spending a packet on a GT turbo either, personally. Wouldnt do a headgasket until it blew either, shouldnt if mapped right.
Stock ECU is fine and 100% live mappable too.
TD06 (a family of turbos, various sized, 25G is the big one thats prob got)

Much appreciate the help, but tbh 400 would be a max atm, as getting it to even fit my Zed will be the priority.
I know its been done loads of times but I know nothing about the engine itself.
Nice to know what they will take before internal mods are required (compared to a Cossie)

Stav. The RB25 ecu as far as i am aware is not mappable in the uk. The RB20 can be.
There will soon be some chips available for the RB25 ecu but not sure what is on them.
Have a hunt through here www.skylinesdownunder.com
