Default Sapph Cosworth 909 carbon door mirrors ????
Ive not long been advised that these do exist does anyone have any pics of them fitted and any ideas on how much they are and where you can get them from .

i think these are the 909 ones tony ,not the best angle to show how nice they look but maybe someone has another photo of this car or the mirrors in carbon on there own?......

saff mirrors are pants! they look like the stop signs that flick out on u.s school buses.HUGE. tonys mirrors look good but the carbon 909 ones would be so much neater on what is my fave saff!

the 3dr bumper and wheels look spot on, not keen on the mirrors though but could be bad angle as said

Hello mate got them from a chap on ebay






I do like the look of the 909 mirrors not sure on the 3 door bumper as i does not fit the car

the ones i posted the pic of first were "advertised" as group a 909 mirrors in carbon( group a and 909 get added to everything on the bay etc).


what would you pay(if you could find them) for group a ones?

Tony, Im pretty sure they were originally never made in carbon, but if you find a set either in plain or carbon, Id be interested in a group buy if you can get your hands on them

original 909 ones are made from kevlar,look similar to the escort group A ones but are slightly bigger.

No, these arnt mine, they are from a guy in Poland that made fiberglass and carbon bits for Sierras and Escorts.

I was going to get them, but I was wary of his ebay feedback of 50% and I saw a couple of auctions that ended and he never got any feedback for them. A shame really.

the twins made a base from a standard base plate then phil at carbondelight.com moulded them in carbon

no mate i cant remember how much exactly, but i know it wasnt much, phil is very very reasonable with his prices, if you need to know more ask the twins as they deal with him quite a lot
