Default PC Guru's... more help please!

i've got my trojans sorted now... but i now have the problem that when i click on anything on this forum, it loads the screen from when i was on it last. if i refresh the page, it brings up everything new.

example:

i logged onto the forum today and it bought up the posts from last night as the newest posts... until i pressed refresh.

if i post this, then click on GD to view it, it won't show it until i press refresh

any ideas anyone?

If you are using IE7, click TOOLS (little picture of a cog top right of page), select DELETE BROWSING HISTORY and you can delete cookies, temp files and history from there

Out of interest how did you grt rid of your trojans?

Start - Run - type in %TEMP% and delete the lot is something I do quite often.
