I go through phases of cleaning out my garage after I've picked up bits and bobs that I 'might' need... so with weighing in scrap and selling parts that I have lying about that I dont need, it nets a few hundred quid a time.

what's the difference between working from home, and working in a small office then rob? obviously getting there may cause you anxiety, but is there no way around it? it's obviously simplifying it thinking of agrophobia just being a fear of open spaces so if you go in the back of a van you will be alright, but is there nothing like that to be done?
there's plenty of things that could be done from home, for example website development. i taught myself some html and javascript programming a couple of months ago when i was laid up with a broken collarbone.
