Can someone tell me where Maidstone is in relation to the M25 please?
Is it far from the Dartford tunnel??

From our way, you go over the Dartford bridge, about 3 miles round to J2 of the M25, and jump on the M20.

It's then about 15 miles to J4.....Maidstone.

From South Mimms where I live to there (missus lives there) takes me a touch over an hour at a steady 80/85mph.

Went that way to Folkstone last week to look at a car (fookin pile )
Got to go again and look at another this week

 

just a note, dont go down the A2 even tho on paper it looks quicker...

there are roadwords etc. and loadsa traffic for bluewater

keep on the M25 till the M20 junction and then hoof it down there...

You could pop in and say hello to Phil, he lives that way . You'll recognise his house - it will be surrounded by razor wire with "Haters keep out" signs all around .

 

Mind the speed cameras (mobile) at the bottom of whotham (pronounced root-ham!!) hill tho, easily do x2 the speed limit down there!!

Yep dont go the M2 way Spadge as lots of cameras near the Maidstone turn off in the roadworks that dont flash or owt
