How sure am I that my version is truthful? This is how sure...
The picture below is of all the documentation regarding my case and what was done by whom and when, there is a lot of it and it's all genuine. On the right of the picture you will see a lump of cash.
Mr Susan I will meet you anywhere that you wish so that you can inspect ALL the paperwork, I will come alone and give you my word that you will come to no harm. If you find any mention in the paperwork of me being charged or convicted of handling, stealing, ringinging or clocking Ford Cosworths then I will give you the cash FOC... BUT when you find you are wrong you WILL write a full retraction, deal?

I should have condemned you I could do with some cash...
I got a plan .....Im not convinced, you only have to look at the Cossie in his signature for evidence, the back half is a different colour to the front that's a sign, if ever there was one
if I retract that statement how much is it worthafter all it supported by as much evidence as what has been presented by Sue so far

Has Mr Susan said you were charged for handling stolen Cossies or just that he/she knows you were involved?
Because if you were never charged then of course there will be nothing in that paperwork.
Doesn't mean you weren't involved though.

A fundamental point is to me, and a lot of others have noted it too. This is in the past.
One nameless wonder has said they don't trust Martin out of a board of thousands. The past is the past we all make mistakes, I have made plenty in life and continue making them daily!
His reputation and turnover as it would seem speak for themselves. How many name and shames have made it on to PF regarding Martin? None that I recall, and this is not because he is super human etc but obviously knows how to deal with customers.
This is however all perfect advertising, and as a paid up trader he is not breaking any rules! lol

Leeroy has hit the nail on the head by pointing out that having not been charged doesn't mean he wasn't involved so this doesn't do anyhting for Martin's case.

If I had been proved guilty by association as some people are trying to imply with this example then I would have gone to jail many lifetimes over for things friends have done!
