We all have things about our PAST that we arent proud of, and probaly now regret doing so, but Martoon did nothing most of us wouldnt have done.
Respect to him for offering the full explanation to clear the air instead of letting the stories of others keep getting more and more extravagant.
The man is doing well for himself now, has an exceptional reputation for both himself and his work and Im sure does not want this being dragged up again.
If you have proof of anything then prove it, otherwise shut the fuck up and leave the bloke alone to get on with his life. Stop the shit stirring and go and entertain yourself some other way.

a "tuner" left something in an engine
someone posted it up on a forum
porkie then copied that post here
somewhere along the line the guy who originally posted he post on the other forum decided that porkie shouldn't have told anyone about the issues he was having
susan then, out of the blue, decided that her uncles cossie had been stolen and broken by martin
martin then said "i was a bit of a naughty boy but i didn't ring stolen motors, here is what happened"
phil (or susan, whatever they've decided to call themselves this hour) then got banned
and now mike is telling everyone how martin is scared of his mrs

I reckon that Martin has more than exonherated himself purely by posting this offer.
Should be left alone now. Did his crime, then did his time. Still a bit shocked it was custodial, as I know people recently that have been done for GBH and got a suspended....

Martin, you are and will be without a doubt one of the names remembered in the ford tuning family for years to come, hell i can't wait to show my grandkids pictures and video's of cars that you have a hand in building.
You would not have the world wide reputation you have now if you were doing naughty things or had done naughty things in the past.

why can't people see that steph-tell is not being a shit stirrer but merely trying to apply reason and logic and to put forward both sides of a rational argument? seems to me like he has no interest either way, but their could of course be some hidden history behind it that i don't know about.

I started one thread directed at the Reyland-following because in my opinion (and let's be fair, we're all entitled to one) the brownnosing was getting a bit much (a vieuw shared by others as well if my PM-inbox is anything to go by).
The post I started about the theft/fraud accusations are simply because I feel that now it has been brought to the board (by this Susan and Martin himself) I feel the post should have been left open for all to see and reply to.
So don't make it out like I'm only ever trying to stir trouble for Reyland as I would have had my say on this particular matter regardless of the accused and you'll find that the majority of my post are probably useless but not about Reyland.

I don't agree with the above statement. There are some people that make their living ripping people off. I got stung when I was an MG owner and I know he's done it to literally hundreds of other people as well. Habitual people like that should not be let off because just it was in the past. However if it was a one off for example, then fair enough, give them another chance.
You want to see brown-nosing, just look on the MLR at any thread about/by Simon Norris. Don't dare slag him off or the whole world comes down on you whilst backing him up.

the people who are casting unfounded allegations,with no proof at all,should be very carefull imo. iam thinking that there may be a case for martin to sue you for defamation of character or slander. and i hope he does.
ps, i have used martin for a couple of years for parts and repair and just advise. and have found the service excellent. having paid large sums of money to reyland,reccomending his services as my car was well looked after,is not imo arse licking.just telling the truth,something that others on this board find hard to belive.

My wife noticed the same and proceeded to give me a hard time, I told her to take a look in the glovebox 
inside was a years tax that I hadn't had chance to display.. If you had looked at 3pm onwards the wife had sorted it!!

Exactly what case is that you stupid cunt..? No case going on at all, one closed one which Martin has ( needlessly IMO ) made public.
Just because you are attempting to investigate an internet witchhunt. The law is satisfied Martin hasnt had any involvement in cossie theft etc so we all have to take that as given as they have investigated. We all live by the law of the land....
I dont know Martin, never seen one of his cars in the flesh and have never used his business.
All I can see is a guy who has been made to feel so bad by some internet morons and rumour mongers hes felt it necessary to make public some less than good things he's done in the past, and it's official documentation.
Nobody else has put up anything to the contrary.
If I was Martin and was running my business i'd be thinking very hard about taking legal action against people using round about chat and rumourmongering and stirring tactics to attempt to discredit him. It's a course of action easily taken and your id and location can easily be ascertained if needs be.
Unless you can actually put up some proof of anything, shut the fuck up.
