Default Do 378mm AP 6 pots go under Rondells

Pure stumped for wheels for the Escos, may just settle for the "easy" and safest one ,problem is I know they clear Compos, but probably would prefer Ronnies

Will measure all this up tomorrow but I will say that fitting 378x32 brakes inside 8.5x18 ET18 Rondells is not going to be easy.

If you are prepared to spend the wedge on a super-duper 8-pot calliper, then yes, but an off the shelf AP 6-pot will need some serious mods to fit (special offset bells with a spacer built in). If not, I believe 362 is the biggest without spacers and a normal off the shelf kit....

im convinced Efe's car has 378mm AP's.

Just dont go for the 9" MO's, they are a bugger for big brakes, but with a bit of luck on monday with Martoon, may be able to find out exactly if we can squeeze 378mm AP CP5555's inside them - even tho my steering rack is being altered to accomodate

Just stick to 362mm, you will run out of tyre on the Rondells WAY before you ever run out of brakes.

Yeah I know will but I just wanted the biggest ones so that if a set of Racing Hartes or Superlegerras cropped up further down the line then I would have the best /biggest brakes already on to go with them,I`ll always look at 362`s and wish i`d bought 378`s,sad I know but Im sure Im not the only one who`s thought this, plus the fact that neither size is exactly cheap so I may as well have the best ones!

And I just know for a fuckin fact that if I commit to buying Rondells or MO`s some cunt will put a set of Hartes etc up in the Alloy wheels room the week later

for the amount you drive your car steven, the 378's will soon piss you off as they make a right racket as they are floating (Not sure if the 362's do too?)

Barry's on his FRS are worse and lowder than mine on my escos!! Drove his car the other day upto my pals paint shop and fook me they make a hell of a racket, like your ball joints are fooked!!!!!!

you will then have enough braking force to bend the rondells under hard braking before they bend themselves !
