how do you reply to feedback?

i've got some twat left me neg feedback cos he's got the hump that i wont give him his money back because someone at his address signed the item he won.. i have proof that this was signed for as well, which really pisses me off. was sent with royal mail special delivery. i did have 100% positive feedback

 

if you look theres a link to your *feed back* page, then just click the *left by others* link then you should be able to reply to what hes left you on his feedback page.
