Default anyone know much about diffs?

right, story goes i was owed 2 diffs from the cossie i bough in October last year , finally got them tonight

one of them is standard but the other one is apprently GRP A, but who constitutes a GRP A diff?

its bigger than a standard one and has a different bolt up system - but apart from that what else?

the chap i got the car from was going to rally it, and he's told me the diff is bomb proof as this is what the diff was going to be for

few pics

maybe JB fletch needs one of these?

measure the alloy part where the bolt goes straight through, face to face should be 7/7.5inch?

post a pic up of the rear end and measure the diameter of the drive flanges

It will deffo be a limited slip, as if the outside is anything to go by the inside will be welded together with rust!

The greenery growing on it is a nice touch though.
