Anyone ever done it? is it worth it?
It's got good clearance and could get a window in the gable end as well as a velux.

ask your local estate ages what it would be worth with what you proposed. Get a builder to quote for the work, then make the decision wetaher it is worth it or not. Do you actually need the extra room or you just doing to improve the house. etc

 

I keep thinking doing this to mine. Ours is joined to two other houses . ours is the end one like, The loft is fucking massive.
