Default ex police escos any out there

i had one of the ex police escos found out after purchase ,was a good car till i steamed the oil from crossmember then it all went tits up mega electrical probs blew everthing .
turned out the wiring under abs thingy on innerwing had worn through and i got it wet part from that was great reg was L475 BRG anybody own it now.

Phil, that cars declared SORN. It would say "Licence Not Due" instead of "SORN Not Due" if it was Taxed.

i have in my possesion a max power from 95 with a full feature on the cozzer escort cozzy, iirc the car was somthing to do with one of the top humberside officers and ford motorsport boreham who built the car for the law.
shame i don't have a scanner

yep it used to cruise about in scunny a lot,but they replaced it for a pair of scoobys

The one in max power was built to rally spec, eg suspension and brakes wasnt it? it was on tv the other day on one of the police stop programs and was on a Q reg as it was built up from a bare shell.

it wasn't a q reger it was a m plate ah bollocks to it i'll get the mag out....

m982gat it did approx 5 chases a night as part of the vehicle crime unit,part of this unit was a deutch schafferhund called exocet.
it was built by the same people who built delecours monte winning car,it cost 50 grand and had the suspension raised 2 inches to avoid speed humps.
it had full underbody protection too,ahh it gets better the cozzer who pushed it through as a chase car was a weekend rallydriver so basically he was practising every time he drove it,bet there was some fights as to who drove it.

on mine you could c were the lights had been bolted to the roof cos the holes had just been bodged up lol
