Mike that aint good imo!!!!A normal human is between 55 and 85 BPM...unless your really fit.Mine is 63 and the average is 70!!!!

How do you measure fitness? All I can tell you is what me RHB is - I had been sitting down watching the telly for about 2 hours though and apparently it makes a big difference to be fully relaxed (according to Jen who was also amazed). Jen just said I was lazy

. We then tried it on her (to make sure it wasn't a fluke) and recorded 60-something and then me again and got the same 38
