Default What would stop closed loop kicking in ??

Faulty map sensor ? My saph,sometimes sits in the 12's (afr) when hot all other times sits around 14.7,any ideas ?

No cat ginge,newish lambda sensor ie less than 500 miles on it.

erm, water temp sensor is working i take it,, closed loop works when engine is upto temp

Hmmm, from what I remember, the parameters are:

1) Engine water temp above 65 degree's C
2)Boost Below 4 psi
3) Less than 4000 Rpm
4) No rapid throttle movement/ not above 60% throttle (not sure on this one) ? Might be TPS?

Sure there are a few more , is Air charge temp a factor?

Incorerct setting of CO screw is most common factor.

It was great after our e mails stu,but is playing up again,car runs fine but would like it 100%,will bell you to book it in in october when i'm off on hols again m8.
