i have a 2wd head on my 4x4 bottom end, the oil feed to the turbo will have to come out of where the oil pressure switch is (mail oil gallery) and the water temp sender is on the turbo side on a 2wd head at the front, other than that it will go on with out a problem,

hope this helps u m8

Yep it will be fine mate, plenty of people (including myself on my old Saff) have done this, be aware though that it lowers the compression ratio somewhat, by how much depends on how much the head has been skimmed but on mine it dropped it to just above 7.7:1 (but mine had only ever had one light skim).

Is a very good idea, as normally drops c/r from 8.0:1 to 7.8:1, so more boost can be used . My old 385bhp engine was built like this (4x4 block and pistons) and was completely standard apart from this and the valves / seats given a 3-angle cut .
