Saw it at croft the last couple of years, it is very nice! But imo you would want cash aswell as it for a swap.

saw the S1 at croft and is a very nice and quick car i think it did a 4.2 0-60 IIRC but dont think it would be worth a straight swap and depends on condition and spec of your escos

I love that but (if your escort is nice) you'd surely be better off flogging it and buying the S1 with a good cash offer.

The concourse S1 comment is slighly irrelevant IMO as people that pay 5it loads for a minter will want original?

You have to see this car to belive it, just think how much it would cost to build. Depends what you want.....escort cos is a iconic fast car this is a one off fast car with all the right bits. Just depends what you want.

mmmm tough one, the series 1 does look really really well (apart from the front) i know its there for coolling but i couldnt live with that looks a bit of a mess to be honest (just my opinion) but fair play to the chap that built it. now the escos is worth more anyday of the week and the chassis of the escos can take the power can the series 1 ?? would it pull it apart ill leave that for someone who knows as im not a series 1 expert. if you did want the car id say money with it only no straight swap. if it was me id keep the escos and continue to live the cosworth dream mate

Love the S1 and its been done very very well. Is this the escos that was found in a barn or something and had just been left there for ages and the lad with the S1 is your mate? as said i would just sell the escos and buy the S1 mate.

as commented, S1 fetch top whack as original items, 10k plus easy for a low milage car, but modded cars are not as valuable.

This is a GREAT car and a car that will be a crowd puller, really depends waht you escos is worth, to me, 10k is about the max for that S1, regardless of what it would cost to build we all know we don't get back the cost of a build.

Bet it would be some fun though!!

Tough one, I love S1's, and I love Escort Cossies....

Best of both worlds there, But tbh I think id keep the escos if it was mine.

But would love a cossie Mk3/4
