Which oil for 318i?

Anyone advise which oil and how many litres is best for e46 318i please

BMW LL02 10/30w Fully Synthetic - from memory, double check first

Providing the manufacturer of the oil meets the the BMW LL02 spec then it will be fine (usually tells you on the bottle - something like Shell Helix Ultra is BMW approved and reccomended)
