Bleed the system again, but bleed it from the join between the flexi-hose and the solid pipe, then where the hose joins to the calliper, then from the bleed points on the calliper inboard one first then outboard one last. Will get rid of any air left. Also, are the bleed nipples at the top of the calliper or on the bottom? A lot of people put callipers the wrong way up and can't bleed them 100%.
I take it you have a soft pedal? Or lack initial bite?

Still recon you have air somewhere. Did you bleed the rears as well with the ignition on? As you HAVE to have the ABS pump running or you won't get rid of all the air. Still can't beat bleeding brakes with 2 people IMHO using on/off technique, auto bleeds never as good. If you bleed the rears first, ignition on, then do what I said in the first post then I recon you will sort it.

After seeing how much my clutch pipe swelled when pedal was pressed I went straight out and bought braided lines.
Yours are rubber and 20 years old or so.
Great upgrade.
2 man method is best for bleeding, also beat shit out of pedal, hold, then undo nipple, during the bleeding.
Sounds like you may have fcuked the pads, although jumping on brakes from 160 several times should be a walk in the park for them...!
