Possibly worth a PM to Jtechsaff off here - James is a bit handy with a spray gun

Not sure if he does much / any private work, but worth a try, and he's down your neck of the woods. Unless it's him you're waiting on!

thanks for the ideas guys.. im still thinking on what to do.. after some options encase my latest recomendation falls through.. giles i saw your new car looks nice... how long you gonna keep this 1... steve has put me in touch with the car hospital guy and am waiting on him to look over the car... the only thing that puts me off is having young lads tinkering with stuff and ragging the shit out of my car... if it does go to them ill remove the ecu so it wont drive... especially as ive not driven it in 8 months and i dont want my new bits tryed out by anyone else... did they match the paint up good..?

its all in bits as i started stripping it a few months ago when it was due to be done... ive been put off so many times now and this guy said it will go in as soon as they are in the new place... hope their bodywork skills are as good as their painting now... every where i mention to people wher ive thought of taking it i hear bad stories.. but then if it turns out shit they wont get paid and ill explain that when i leave the car...

Can definitely recommend Avon Custom www.avoncustom.co.uk near Bristol. They're another bodyshop who specialise in meticulous classic stuff, but have branched out to do more modified cars. You'll get a proper job there. They resprayed a car from me and the paintwork was fantastic.

the whole lot really just not the roof... but i may end up having that too.. few parking dents 2 bumpers, wheel arch few other bits... ill keep the other places in mind if this place falls through... just some of the local places that do so called top jobs look utter shit.. the paint looks like it went on straight from a halfords tin... without shaking it... at least ive heard a few good reports from people so far on this place..
