Hi all going away to Spain for a week on sat but there is no internet where i am stopping! and i need access to it for work.

What can i do? i know you can get a card for the UK but what about Spain ??

any help would be good

or just to check emails etc

if the later, find an unsecure wifi conection, i normally allways find one.

or look for a bar that has wifi, ie buy a pint and they give your there password and let you use it.


oh and where abouts you going? as most hotels have a pc for 1e for 15mins access or simular?

Need to log in to the comp here in the office to do Emails and web shop stuff.

Going to Almeria ? never been to spain before, been to Italy, france germany USA denmark holland etc but not spain.

I have done a google on where i am stopping and it is very very Quiet there, i will take my lap top just would like to know if orange or vodaphone do anything ??

I would have thought you could get a GPRS PCMCIA card for use over there. Give your network operator a call and ask the question.

Might be expensive tho

as said what do u need ? email blackberry or similar mobile device... if not hsdpa card or 3 g card etc but check coverage in the area your staying...

Need to use my lap top to use IE to log on to the computer here in the UK so I need an internet connection,

I see some of the reps that come to me have a card on their lap to get on the net but like I said I don’t know much about them.

Apparently the 3 Mobile Broadband dongle works abroad in Spain - dont take my word for it though ring them just to make sure!!
