Hi everyone


My nan's got a vaio laptop on vista, connected to the internet through a belkin wireles (she's up with technology lol).

Although the internet works fine, when it comes to downloading windows updates or vaio updates, it always gets to around 4% then stops. If its connected into the router via a cable tho it downloads properly. Anyone have any idea of whats going on? I dont know much at all about vista so don't know where to start!
