Default madescortman, chrisastleymotorsport.co.uk, ebay purchase??

I order'd some springs from Madescortman nearly 2 weeks ago and ebay have now removed the item and i still have not got them, ive sent a number of ebay msg's and try'd to contact via phone and pay pal but no answers as of yet.

Has any1 had any dealings with them in the past? and does any1 know if they are trustworthy?

If i dont get my springs i presume i will be refunded via pay pal but it will go into my pay pal acc and then i will have to pay to transfer money back out of pay pal to put back in the bank?

Im gutted as my sierra was booked in for mot after bein off the road for 7 years and i missed it due to not having springs on the car to get it to the mot station.

any help or answers would be great and i will say thanks now 2 the ppl that answer to this post.

I assume you've started a dispute with ebay/paypal? If so you should get your money back but I think you have to do it within 60days?

Do you still speak to/see Dave mate? not seen him in years (Deer hunter Dave)

I've used them in the past, not the best but ok.

If you claim via paypal, the cash goes back back into your bank. Takes a couple of weeks though.

Yes m8, i still see dave from time to time
he does not live in my town anymore due to his flat geting flooded in last years big floods.

Ive started a dispute but im told the refund will go into the pay pal acc then i will have to spend it from there or get it transfer'd over to bank and pay pal charge for that.

Unless it has been recently changed, paypal do NOT chanrge to withdraw money from paypal to your bank, providing it is over £25

Please say hi to Dave from me & Charlie next time you see him, and I'm really sorry to hear about the floods

I think it's 50 mate.
But still i guess the springs were more than that.

Also, when you make the claim i'm 99% sure it automatically goes into your bank account.

He should not list items he cant deliver and i dont see that if he is on holiday it make it ok not to contact customers who's money he has taken two weeks ago, Im not happy about the situation 1 bit, i will have to wait ages now for refund then about another 5 days to transfer money back into the bank before i can buy them from elsewhere, and all this just to save £3
