stick with the N95 and barter for a better deal on your contract, you can often get a good deal if you choose not to upgrade.
there's very little difference between the n95 and n95 8gb so no point upgrading from one to the otehr imho

N95-8GB has 8GB of internal flash memory
Obvious, right? The new N95 comes with 8GB of internal flash memory that can be used for music, videos, maps and ring-tones. Cannot be used for applications or messages.
N95-8GB is heavier
128 grams against 120 grams. It’s not that much, maybe due to the new battery on board.
N95-8GB has less internal memory
Since you cannot use the 8GB of flash memory to install applications and to store SMS/MMS, you have to be aware the this phone has 100MB of internal memory instead of 160MB of the “traditional” N95
N95-8GB includes a better battery
The new battery, BL-6F, has 1200 mAH against the 950 mAH of the BL-5F. This means that you can use your camera, music or the integrated GPS more relaxing. And it means 280 of standby time against 200, it can make the difference.
N95-8GB has a bigger display
2.8” against 2.6”. The resolution is always 240×320.
N95-8GB has a slightly different back cover
To make enough space to the new battery, the back is slightly different from the previous version.
What to choose? I’m looking forward to trying the new N95 out to verify if there are more differences in terms of applications and other details. In the meantime, it’s up to you. If you already are an iPod-addicted, then you can go for the standard N95 (and save money). Otherwise, the new N95 8GB can become your new music companion, as well as offering you all that the “old” N95 offers.
