The RSOC valuation process is a joke . If you disagree with them, they close ranks and refuse to accept written proof of anything and insist that their valuation is true and correct .

HIC provide a vaulation for Ł15.75

not to sure if you need to have a policy with them or not though, but i've just had sme paperwork sent out to me

I spoke with CossieMadMike when he was the 4x4 registrar about a valuation on my saph anything above stage 3 power and its difficult to get a valuation so I was told,

this kinda throws a spanner in the works with regards to your car my old mucker

worth a discussion on it though

The valuations are definatly a joke. Anyone remember the values they printed in rallye news for the escos? I think it was Ł11750 for an A1 escos or something daft like that. There just as bad as parkers by the looks of it.

Sad to see things like this, esp as loads of folk were all saying how cool a Le Mans trip would be on a thread this week.. The RSOC have had trips there for the last 2 years

and as Scott says most who say it go to the shows that they fund

Rod...my car has a agreed value with HIC and its pretty good.

I sent them all my recipts and proved work/condtion of the car with 5 or 6 pics and we settled on 10k.

Would imagine yours should be 20k is considering the far higher spec.

I dont see it being a problem with them tho.

When I enquired with the RSOC they wanted 20 pics and alot of hassle.
