Does anyone know haw to fix a capri

i went to adjust the fuel Using the adjuster under the little red cap on the metering head

i turned the screw about 3/4 of a turn clock wise and the damn thing died now it wont start

i turned the adjuster back to where it was and it still wont start hav i buggerd it?

any help is much appreicated

youve probably pushed the flap down too hard and its gotten stuck. take the top off have a proper good look and make sure the flap is free and "flapping". clean it all up nicely whilst youre there, they get very cruddy very quickly.

If your talking about air/fuel mixture screw at the bottom of the long tube.
Then just resting the adjusting tool on top of the screw can effect the mixture,so turning it 3/4 of a turn either way has put it a life time out i guess !
If you marked the position before adjusting and have now turned it back, then it may well be just flooded now.
Pull the spark plugs out and clean them up if wet.
And if you get it started it will certainly need setting up on a gas analiser.
