Default Coconuts ??

Whilst shopping for dinner I thought a coconut might be a bit of a change.. Now I have broken the outer casing and got most of the outer shell off but it still leaves a thin strip of wood on the white bit... Should I be eating that?

Need an answer of 'yes' really as I have eaten most of it now..

Is this pineapple and coconut diet part of a weight loss program to make your car faster?
