Default insurance question here for you geeks :-)

right im getting the fiesta rs back on the road now, i have 5 years no claims on my ford focus, can i take the no claims off my focus and transfer them onto the fiesta policy? or split the no claims half and half? just a bit confused on what to do!

I think you can use them on one or the other, and I dont think you can move them mid-policy but I dont really know

you need to use it on one car for a full calender year before you can trasfer it over, with an additional year, to another policey
or
you can use it on another policy and retain the 5 eyars, but you would then not be able to use it on the policy you currently have on the focus

spent 54 minutes on the phone figuring out how to insure the beast and got it for £723.01 with track cover and all sorts of stuff including like for like replacement parts and full salvage rights if it's a total loss
