Done Croft today in the 205.....nice warm up for next weekend
Did a track day at croft today in the 205. Car was only mapped on friday, made 187.8bhp and has only done 150 miles on the new engine. Safe to say that she's run in now
Never had to touch her all day, no oil, no water etc etc. Only thing that went was the baffles in the centre box on the exhaust whilst putting her on the truck this morning and I so nearly didn't get on as she was 98.2db which was over noise but I knew the guy there and he said "He's OK, he's a regular" LOL
New Exhaust for next weekend needed though.
Was surprised how well she performed, had a guy in a track prepped porsche 968 come over to me a she wanted to know what was under my bonnet as he couldn't shake me off. EVO 7 guy nearly had an off with me on his tail just before I under braked and came off at "sunny in" pmsl over the grass!! All in all, was a good day and can't wait for next weekend.
