I personally think white is the worst colour for a saph, more so that a friend of mine had someone jumping into the back of his in blackpool, thinking it was a taxi

Isn't it funny how people turn bitter when they're getting rid of a car...

I can imagine this is a very sad occasion for a sierra owner.
I saw the car yesterday and I can say what a stunning example it is.
its a vauxhall chevette with a cosworth in i belive if it is the same car it was down in south wales for a few months, it was an impulse buy by the previous owner, since been sold and it looks like its getting some tlc it deserves
Neil, sorry, no, if i had it, you would have got it as customers get given them, i dont keep them. Possibly before i started doing them, or maybe i had a technical issue that day or laptop was busy. Sorry.
Ok Johan, Just got back this minute and your car is now finished and will be ready to collect by around 4pm this afternoon.
We managed to reach or exceed all the criteria as requested. Interestingly, the drivability with the engine built to the spec i suggested is as good as id hoped. in fact, it may even be BETTER!
I Will post a datalog and more pictures soon mate.

Regards,

She is now ready. Took her for a final test drive with ecu all sealed up and co etc set and she is good to go. A surprise visitor came on the test drive with me, sure he will mention it later. Ha Ha.
Got your fuelling down without closed loop to nice sensible figures and low on those 850cc injectors mate.
But i still recommend you fit a catalyst at MOT time mate. In actual fact, the closed loop when activated richens her up to 0.9%.
Als works nice.
Launch Control is set to 4000rpm with 22psi.
Rev Limiter is set to 7600rpm.
Car pulls clean from 1200rpm in 5th. No Labouring or juddering. Nice clean power all the way. Job Done. Sorry i wont be hear to see you offd tomorow, but i have a proior engagement at a sparring tournament in wakefield. Will see you on my next trip to the ring maybe.
Yes, switches are in mate.

Stu if i disconnect the lambda sonde will it deactivate the closed loop?
Because for MOT if i have a non lambda fuel system 3.5%CO is the limit for my car
