Default what modification when you fit a t4 on 2wd

do u still have to mod the alternator bracket anything else? its going on a 2wd manifold

you dont HAVE to but it does make it easier

mine never had one but my alternator was bent anyway

you need a drop bracket for alternator ,an rs500/uprated turbo damper/hanger and of course hoses

ive got a t34 uprated damper will that be ok?

the damper needs to be able to hold the weight of the t4 i dont know if a t34 one would be adequate tbh mate

alternator drop bracket, turbo hoses and intake to suit turbo, coolant pipes,vibration damper.head machined to clear compressor.modify the alt tensioner bracket or use a 500 one,modify the heater pipe or better still use the rs500 one that goes under the exhaust manifold

dont the normal coolent pipes fit?

Rossie if its going to be a track car i wouldnt even bother connecting the water cooling up to the turbo.

Just boil your water instead then. You dont need the water cooling aslong as you let the car idle for a minute or so after hammering it before you turn it off.

Mine lasted 18months without it and MikeR doesnt use it on his and thats with Anti lag, last time i checked both of our turbos are still in good nick.
