Default the "sound" of a ford

is it sad that you can recognise one coming down the road?

i heard a lovely burble coming down the road nice and steady, and thought, that sounds like a turbo (escort). and it was a series 1. same with cossies, the older engines just sound alot meatier and more purposeful than the new VVTVETECVTI igofasterat600000rpm bee's in tin can engines.

i just cant wait to get mine back. BAAARP BAAARP BAAAAAAAAARP

yes i did. the slave is mounted to the bellhousing. i need to remove my exhaust, driveshafts, my lsd and the custom prop to get access to the gearbox.the clutch has been in use for 4 years in 2 different cossie projects so its served me well.

Nothing sounds like an ERST with an exhaust (well, or a fiesta with the same exhaust manifold).. That slightly unequal sound is mega.
