do i need rear seats and belts in for my mot cheers

no. if they are fitted they must be secure and seat belted but if they arent fitted they dont matter.

As said but BOTH(seats/belts) must be removed, if one is there it will fail.

no need to remove the belts as if the are no seats the the belts are nothing more than bits of webbing


i once told a customer that there had failed on the front screen being cracked, and joked that if he removed the screen that I couldnt fail it
the next thing i know he had kicked it out (car was an old polo)

Had the same when I was testing with some pikeys - wipers didn't work, so he kicked screen out.
Bonded screen, so think they just used it with no screen from then on
