Default alloy options, for Transit connect.

hey all,

If my gaffer gives me permission then could be kitting out my work van with some alloys,
Just wondering what is available for the Connect, its a SWB, and on occasion can carry up to 500kg in the back,

was thinking something along the lines of something from Compomotives range, as we deal with a lot of automotive industries we think it'd look smart,

So peeps, please post up what sizes would be best, inc tyre sizes, and if theres any out there, pictures of Connects already on alloys.

cheers all

Baz.

As its a van i think you have to have reinforced tyres but they are avalible in most sizes.

Not on a connect as its classed as a car-derived van. Mo's would look good as seen on Geoff from Chorley Street Garage's connect

Connect isn't car derived it's a goods vehicle.

These are vectra sri alloys?!?!?!?!?!? Shouldnt fit or fit badly!!

Commercial Van Tyres are 8 Ply whereas a Car has 6 Ply. I had trouble finding tyres for my T5 Sportline alloys.

I went for budgets as it was snowing at the time and I was on slicks. Not bad tyres in all honesty. They are "CLEAR" sport tyres but are quit grippy. 80 +VAT per corner for 235/50r18.
