not sure if you can do this but im sure you can when you win something on ebay is there way you can find the sellers details their address and number etc? as ive not bought anything for ages

They only way you can get there details is if you bought or sold something to that person

obviously the seller is going to send you some sort of details if you say you'd rather pay by cheque
