Ok had a quick read but...

does it resize images in IE not just resize images I ask it to?

Its only viewing on here that I find difficult on my craptop, the screen is tiny.

the powertoys is only for resizing pics on your computer, not what you want it to do alex. you want all pictures posted to be a maximum of 800 x 600 or whatever so that everything all stays in one window and you don't have to scroll horizontally. would be nice for us laptop viewers

Well I had been drinking and didnt make it very clear!

On here all pictures use to resize themselves to fit your screen...

Then we changed to this software and now it doesnt!
